Our Spela come from the selection of fine raw materials, processed according to the most modern cooking techniques and served on eight slices of our unique doughs, each with its own particular textures and aromatic characteristics. These doughs, which are extremely light and digestible, are of the "steamed" or "Roman" type and vary according to the recipe with which they are served, to enhance their texture and ensure a perfect balance between the combinations of the different ingredients, the cooking techniques and the peculiarities of the doughs, in a perfectly balanced combination of cooking and leavening.
