Our Spela come from the selection of fine raw materials, processed according to the most modern cooking techniques and served on eight slices of our unique doughs, each with its own particular textures and aromatic characteristics. These doughs, which are extremely light and digestible, are of the "steamed" or "Roman" type and vary according to the recipe with which they are served, to enhance their texture and ensure a perfect balance between the combinations of the different ingredients, the cooking techniques and the peculiarities of the doughs, in a perfectly balanced combination of cooking and leavening.

The Staples

In Bottle
Inspired by the modern brewer Hildegard Von Bingen. Low-fermented Keller. Fresh easy-drinking and balanced in aroma. Fine malty notes that slowly give way to drier, more bitter hints from the hops.
Double IPA with a deep gold color and pronounced body. Cold-hopped. Resinous and citrusy with a tropical streak of pineapple, mango and coconut. Intense alcoholic heat balanced by a long, lingering bitterness.
Anglo-Saxon amber, typical fruity and resinous aroma. Firm bitterness in the mouth, fresh on the palate.
Traditional Czech bottom-fermented pils. Full-bodied with malty and bread crust notes. Herbaceous finish.

Classic Belgian Saison. Extremely dry with aromas of bread and yellow-fleshed fruit. Fine hopping leaves floral and citrus scents on the finish. Clean and thirst quenching.
Golden yellow with light highlights. Aromas of ripe fruit (peach,apricot, pear and pineapple) with a slight spiciness. The taste is characterized by sweet notes and a light hopiness that make it smooth and drinkable.
Dark ruby color. Aromas of candied fruit with spicy notes in the background. Soft sweetness of dried fruit (figs, dates, citrus and cherries) prevails on the palate. Soft and energetic, powerful and never violent.
Created in collaboration with "Brasserie de Cazeau" (historic Belgian craft brewery). Light yellow in color it is contradistinguished by the sensory complexity of Belgian Saisons, to which is added a pleasant aroma of elderflower. Extremely refreshing.

Liqueur made from the infusion of chamomile flower heads in Nebbiolo schnapps.
Pure Albana from late hand-harvested Albana, depending on the presence of noble rot, with scalar harvesting every 3-4 days. Fermented and aged in French oak barrels. 100% Albana.
Made in Nicaragua, from the distillation of molasses and sugar cane. Stored 18 years in American white oak barrels. Amber-red color. Hints of caramel, nuts, vanilla and cinnamon. On the palate, distinct notes of nougat, honey and hazelnuts with distinct caramel finish.
Beer barley wine aged in Whiskey and Rum barrels. The final stage of aging is done in oak barrels inside which Kentucky tobacco leaves are added to infuse. This meditation beer is friar's toned and frothless. Aromas of raisins, dates, red fruit and tobacco tip. Broad and smooth on the palate, with an oxidized streak that lightens the sip. The slight spiciness of tobacco returns on the finish, unexpected but pleasant.
Unfiltered Nebra beer bitter made from leaves and roots with extraordinary digestive abilities. Decisive herbaceous character, good persistence.
